Matt was always professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. He listened to us, answered our questions, and was attentive to any concerns we raised. He is very client focused unlike other contractors we interviewed. He and his team created quality finishes and took great pains to make them consistent with those of our main living spaces upstairs. His staff, including John and Glenn, were excellent and always courteous. Matt and his team worked to minimize the impact to our daily schedules and our quality of living. While no one likes the upheaval and dust that this process causes, I would highly recommend Matt and his team!

“You get what you pay for, which is perfection from Philbin Construction and Remodeling." Approximately 3 years ago, we hired Philbin Construction to remodel our Kitchen. We are still amazed by the outcome of the project. Our choice came from ongoing research on similar companies, and a recommendation from an extremely fussy friend. Matt provided us with great ideas and was very patient with us when working on the design. We were always able to get in touch with Matt anytime.
